[Resolved]  DishTV — Pathetic Service by Dish TV

Its only 24 hour since i installed the dish tv. For few hours it was working, and now on the next day it is not working. When i called up the customer care they simply replied that i will be charged for any hardware problem. I mean seriously how can there be a hardware problem in just 24 hours and even after that why should i pay for your faulty parts, i am irritated with such response. Need this dish tv to be removed from my place and i want my money back.

A humble request to kindly get it uninstalled and refund my money. As simple as that.

Hope there's negative star marking...the service is so pathetic...i had very bad experience with dishtv ..my. VC no. Is [protected]...whole day I was calling coustmer care but those donkeys really don't know about there system itself. Why they are sitting there ?...all calls made by me have recordings with me..and not single senior was available to talk and understand my problem...in my account Kannada channel was activated by default and raised request to deactivate...this basterds deactivated my full on hd pack also which was recharged for three months...upon calling and confirming they are telling to activate it again by paying 220...my question is I had not told them to deactivate so they should activate it again and they are not doing ...why should I pay extra for there mistake...I donno what to do know..I will surely file a consumer complaint as I have got planty of time...
