[Resolved] DishTV — Pathetic service | |||
I have been facing the issue of dish set top box not working every 2 months and when ever i call their engineer they come and update the software, take 250 rs from me for every service call. this is happening regularly from last 1 year and then i took the Dish tv Service pack for one year, there was a verification call from dish tv about the confirmation of taking the service pack and activation of the same. Now when my box stopped working i contacted the dishtv customer care, these persons are telling me that your service pack is not activated in our system & we will have to pay for the services and if we activate it now, you will only be able to receive the service after 30 days of the activation, this is no where mentioned in the service papers that dish tv has given and also they told me that the engineer visiting the call will never know about this & they can not inform you. This mean that dish tv is not interested in solving the queries instead of making the money. This 30 days clause is no where mention anywhere and talking to their customer care and DSA is total waste of time and money. Very Pathetic Services by Dish TV, very unoriented towards customer service. Great in making fool of customers Was this information helpful? | |||
