[Resolved] DishTV — payment has been deducted and misleading by customer care | |||||
On 29th oct 2018, i was trying to recharge my dth for 1131/- inr through their website (Dishtv.in). It didn't get recharged and they deduct the amount of 1131/- inr from my bank account than next day i have received a mail from them that your recharge has been unsuccessful we will return your amount within 8 working days but it's been more than 15 days now, they haven't return anything, and they are continuously misguiding us. On 5th nov i recharged again for 500+384 but still not getting services. They automatically active bharat pack now denying to change it into my previous pack. I have not seen my television for 15 days and already paid 1131 + 500 + 384 inr. Was this information helpful? | |||||
