DishTV — payment related issue

Dear All, Please note my VC number is [protected]. Dear All, I made a payment of Rs.1290 from my HDFC credit card on 20th March 2015 auth code is 076687, ARN is 74568225079270038002538.I didnt receive sms or mail so i called up Dish tv the very next moment but they refuse to help and wait for 24 hrs. i called back on 22nd March again and provided all the details and they asked me for transaction id . I didnt get any sms or messgae from Disht TV so i dont have the transaction id. Again they were asking the same thing for a week.Now they are telling that they want to me to wait for another 1 day. There was no call back from there end . each time we were spending more than 50 Rs. for STD and calling these people., i continously called back on 23rd, 24th, 25th, 27th March 2015, which till date i have not got. today it is 28th March time 12.17 a.m i m still talking to them still no resolution. Spoke to Mr.Sanket Kar, floor supervisor, dish tv noida. Please find below mail for further details from Bank regarding the same. WORST SERVICE AND NO RESOLUTION!! mob no:[protected]

today morning got a call from Rajiv Kumar saying he was from Dish Tv and gave his employee id as RA8521309A, contact num from which call came was [protected]. He asked me to give all credit card details and debit card details cvv and also OTP which was provided from bank and took of 600 rs from my bank. This happened all due to poor technical services and no timely resolution . If they had taken some efforts and resolved my query on time I wouldnt have wasted my money .ITS ALL BCOZ OF THE POOR QUALITY AND UNTIMELY RESOLUTION BY DISHTV. Still i have not received a call back regarding the earlier issue of Rs.1290 and now this 600 Rs. When i called up Dish Tv they are not taking the responsibility, as they are confirming he is not their employee. Now its very difficult to trust persons calling from any call centres.People be very careful..
