[Resolved]  DishTV — Pick by channel not activated for dish tv

Hi,

My vc number-[protected].
We got the new dishtv connection last month and our 1st free month subscription got ended by 20th sep, 2016. And they gave 3 days extension for recharge. From 20th onwards we have been trying to use 'pick by channel' option and recharge tv.

Customercare people said, once when we select channels and click on submit button, customercare executive will call us within 24 hours, but nobody called us.

And also when we click on submit button, it displays a message saying we need to recharge by minimum amount 850rs/-.

We called customercare several times, but they are keep on telling us that, once our 1st month prescription is over pick by channel option will be enabled to us. But its not true.

Within a month we got fedup of kind of customer service provided by dishtv and we don't recommend this connection to any of our friends.

Please fix issue of pick by channel or take back your dishtv box and refund our money.
