DishTV — please refund my money

Yesterday (23 April) at 12 noon I recharged my dishtv account vc no. [protected] for Rs. 371. Till now my dishtv account has not been activated. The customer care people are saying that they cannot help us due to this lockdown . So it is my request to kindly refund my money back .
