[Resolved] Dishtv — poor consumer service; not following trai regulations on ground level

I am a dish tv consumer bearing vc no.[protected]. As per trai guide lines, i migrated from my old pack to new one. Due to wrong selection of some channels my new package cost became costly than the older one. I repeatedly contacted dish customer service and visited their website for modification of channels but their customer service is making so called "tottay ki rut -30 minute baad technical error" from last more than a week. Their app is only issuing token numbers on modification of channels without practical resolution.
Recently, i have received a new token for selection of channels which is annexed herewith for your kind perusal.
It seems that the afore said service provider is indirectly trying to skip the recent trai guidelines by creating unnecessary hurdles in selection process of channels for undue benefits.
It is therefore requested that necessary action may kindly be initiated so that innocent consumer community may not suffer due to such unethical business malpractice.
