[Resolved] DishTV — poor customer care executive behaviour | |
Sir, on 10th feb 2019 dish tv customer care generated a call on my registered mobile number on which a scheme claimed of 33% cash back but even after 24 hours i didnt received my cash back then i tried calling customer care after several tries n hold of almost 10-15 minutes 3-4 times they clearly said there were no phone calls from the company for that schemes then i tried calling again n again some where putting my. Call on hold some where laughing while answering even senior management too didnt replied anything this is clearly an act of miss behave with customer plz help me on this issue sir Was this information helpful? | |
