[Resolved] DishTV — poor customer service issue pending since 5 days | |||
I am a customer of dish tv vide vc no [protected] & mob no [protected]. I have made a payment of rs 249/- on 9th march 2020 8.07pm. I am subscribed for anandam pack, star malayalam value, sun kerala basic, zee kerala & news 18 kerala. I am not getting any of the channels mentioned in the pack exce doordarshan and a few free on air channels. I have contacted dish tv customer care several times and they tried refreshing and resetting every time i call them but nothing happened. And they fixed a technician visit for repair. The next day 11-03-20 a technician called me and tried to refreshing the system as the customer care people did. Finally he told me that i need to replace the stb even though there is no complaint with it as i am getting the free channels and it shows a 96% reception strength every time. Technician later informed me that the replacement for the stb is not available and they dont know when it will be available, I again called customer care and asked for a solution. They put my call on hold for mode than 15mins in a 27min call..! The customer care transferred my calls to supervisor and she also cant find a solution. As a customer i dont want to pay any sum of money for a service that im not getting. Also i dont wish to continue with dish tv subscription as i dont have time to waste with useless customer care calls.
