[Resolved]  DishTV — poor customer service/mera apna pack payment processing

I am not able to design my own mera apna pack because the dishtv website has some problem due to which the payment doesn't get processed. I have been following up with them since the last 4 to 5 days, but they keep on giving excuses and nothing gets resolved.

Our earlier switch off date was in the month of september 2019, which has now changed to may 2019. Would you please explain this change in switch off date.

Please give a satisfactory response or i will have to forward my complain to trai

I took one new multi/child connection (Vc no. [protected]) on which i wanted to activate channels of my choice, but there is no system/process to do so.

Please resolve all problems quickly or i will have no choice left but forward my complain to trai chief, mr. Ram sevak sharma.

As per our last conversation, you said it is possible that the new multi/child vc no. [protected] can be made independent and the parent and older child connection rolled back to the older plan of "hd royale".

I strongly recommend you do that or i will have no option left but to voice my dissatisfaction to the relevant authorities and help other subscribers in getting their problems solved.

Per child connection - ncf (Rs.50 + tax) & full content cost + tax will be charged.

You can choose separate content as per your wish or you can choose to view the same content from the connection which has the maximum number of channels. Full ncf will be charged on connection with the maximum number on channels.
