I cannot receive programming that requires internet service because of my location. I was not informed of this when I ordered service nor during installation even tho i asked. My service was installed in my home during construction and when I moved in, I am totally displeased. I called and spoke to your retention agent, Colin, and he refused to cancel my service. I asked to cancel my service late afternoon on Sept. 20, 2021...as of this morning at 7am eastern, Sept.21, 2021, my service is still connected. If not discontinued asap, I will get on social media to let everyone know...thank you in advance... Was this information helpful? |
