[Resolved] DishTV — poor quality set top box provided, not satisfied with the service | |||||
I am using dishtv d2h connection for more than 5 years. Few months back disthtv provided me offer to change stb (Set to box) from sd to hd. The new stb failed in few months service. After multiple followups they replaced my stb with charges. 2 months after new stb is installed, the stb has failed. I am requesting dishtv to provide me replacement without any charge. Why should i pay for poor product from dishtv? There is loss of number of days recharge due to stb not working plus i have to pay service charges... This is injustice. I requested them to stop my services and pay me back the recharge amount approx 3500 which i have already paid to them. They are denying to refund my amount.
