[Resolved]  DishTV — poor service by customer service dish tv

My name is joseph and i have a dish tv connection on vc code
[protected]. Two months back i got an offer from dish tv that, my standard
Clarity stb can be upgraded to hd for 1199 rs. As it was my house shifting
Time (To a newly built house), i accepted the offer as per which i get new
Antenna, stb, cables and remote for 1199rs. All these will be fixed by
Service engineer with out any additional cost. Also i got assurance from
Customer care executive that, my existing base pack and add on (Joy pack
Nd
Sampoorna malayalam) will be continued until the current switch off date
(13/03/2019). Also he offered me tht the amount 1199 will be credited as
Cash back nd i can subscribe any hd channel until the amount finish off.

Then comes the real cheating

1) when the service engineer came to fix new box, he claimed for 500 rs
Saying that there is charge for fixing connnection in new houses and it is
Fixed amount. And i paid the amount thinking tht that is true.

2) in new stb, base pack and addon pack allotted by dish tv was a soprts pack. My new vc code is [protected] md my new disconnection date
In november 2018 instead of march 2019. When i contacted customer care,
Executive said that there is locking peiod for all packs and if the pack
Changed before tht, 300 rs will be cut from main account. He advised to to
Contact customer care just before disconnection date. So waited for these
Days and contacted customer care again for the pack change before
Disconnection. After several calls they changed my packs to original (As
In
Previus stb) but the switch off dates didnt changed.
When i contacted again, they checked the details and said that, i
Requested
For a pay later option??? But i didnt requested any.

Even if though contacted before switch off date (As per their instruction),
My validity is ending in 18 november. I lost 4 months cash because of dish tv peoples
Negligence.

I wrote several e mails to dish tv but no staisfatory reply. Customercare executives just disconnect my phone when i explain my issue.

Plz help my to solve my complaint and those who read this, plz be carefull about fraud offers like this. They will steal your cash in either of the way.
