[Resolved]  DishTV — Poor service dish tv

On 13/5/2017in the morning, i (Vc no. [protected],) called dishtv
Customer care executive for the advance request in degradation of my plan
For the next cycle. I told their executive with proper explanation of the
Fact that i do not want to activate this pack right now but for the next
Cycle. He assured me to do the same.
Now when i am watching my television i am shocked to see that my plan has
Already been degraded which was supposed to happen after the current cycle
Gets over.
Right away i called their customer service once again and asked for the
Same. Instead of indemnifying my loss they are straight away giving me
Suggestions for the activation of a new plan with very unprofessional and
Rude behaviour.
Television is a source of entertainment and dishtv being a service
Provider
Should give the best possible service. Instead, they are disheartening
Their customers by giving them false assurance in a very unprofessional
Way.
However i got the complaint number[protected], for the same issue and due

The unprofessionalism of your executive i have lost so many channels and
For watching the lost channels i *paid again.*
Now it has been almost 3 days and dishtv is trying to contact me by giving me miss calls on my number for the duration in which you can not even slide to answer the call.
Pathetic service.
