DishTV — Poor service quality | |||||
I thought dish TV service is good, but today I was totally shocked after my 1st recharge of 250 monthly pack. 1st of all I was not informed about the procedure to change the pack from plutimun to new super family, when I called the customer care, it takes 20mints to make ur staf[censored]nderstand what I want to say, then ur agent kept the phn on hold about another 15-20 mints. After that I have to continue my call as because ur agent was not giving the info clearly, it takes around 35 mints in total just to move to an another pack.. Still the agent told that, again I have to call after 4days to deactivate full on HD pack, which I got in free from dish TV at the time of installation of set top box. It was so much embarrassing and irritating experience with dish TV services. I hope no other company's services are like that, it should be recovered... Was this information helpful? | |||||
