[Resolved] DishTV — re-installation of dishtv | |||
I had called up dishtv for relocation on thursday morning i. E. 28th feb at 9 am. Submitted the request and i was assured of resolution within 24 hours. The de-installation happened the same day but no one called me back even after 24 hours for re-installation. The relocation request isn't completed, i followed up on calls 2-3 times and waited on call for more than 30 minutes and still the issue is left unresolved. Till date i have heard nothing from the team except for the thing that issue will be resolved within 24 hours. Was this information helpful? | |||
Mar 14, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved Contacted the technician myself to get the issue resolved. Since the team wasn't able to pass on the correct details to the technician. DishTV customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
