[Resolved] DishTV — recharge amount bounce back | not received in bank account | |||||
I recharged my vc#[protected] with amount rupee 797 on 11th november. Amount was credited to dish tv account and new disconnection date was given to me as "01-june-2018". Also i got invoice (Payment confirmation) from dishtv side. 10 days later i got message on my registered phone number saying, "your dish tv is currently de-active". I called customer care toll free number and came to know that amount was bounced back from dish tv account to bank, though i didn't get any amount back in my account. For the same i provided bank statement and invoice. I provided all details on 25th november. They ensured me that they will followup with bank and will get the issue resolved asap. Next day when i contacted them, they told me that their account department is saying that customer has to follow up with bank for the amount. My concern is, i paid rupee and dishtv provided me invoice with new recharge and disconnection date. As i have invoice they have to provide me service without any breakage. Even after they have seen my bank statement and invoice, service has not been activated. My dish tv is de-active. Also dishtv team do not bother to reply to my mail that i sent on 25th november. On 28th november, i sent around 20 mails then got one reply. Their customer care is really sick. They are unable to resolve a small issue.
