[Resolved] DishTV — recharge amount deducted but not updated | |||
My name is lalinbith a sangma, i have recharged my dishtv on 22nd jan 2020 with rs. 802 twice i. E. Total rs. 1604 on www.dishtv.in instant recharge page through my net banking and it showed succesfull on the page but did not get any confirmation message still the amount has been deducted from my account. Today is 3rd day, i have already done my complaint multiple time on dishtv customer care, they told me to wait for 24 hours but it had been more than 24 hours now and nothing had happened, neither the recharged updated nor refunded. They told me recharge on www.dushtv.in in spite i have been making recharge on the same site. I got twice deduction when contacted and checked bank statement from my account. They call instantly when recharge is about to due but when such problems occurs they tried to avoid it. They replied recharge amount did not recieve by dishtv!!! When did these amounts go then?
