DishTV — Recharge amount not reflecting | |
I had my set top box changed a while ago and hence my VC number changed but by mistake I recharged my old VC number instead of the new one with an amount of Rs. 721 on[protected]. I registered a complaint on dishTV self care portal but nothing happened there. Now when I try to register the complaint again it says that amount is transferred whereas it doesn't reflect in the account. I have tried and complained at various platforms and have not even received even a single reply. If this issue is not resolved here I will be forced to approach higher authorities.
