[Resolved] DishTV — Recharge done, but benefits are not received

I took a new connection of dish tv on[protected], in which i got 1 month subscription free. And after that i recharged dish tv online on[protected] but the tv is still not running, and the money has been debited from my account. I tried to find a solution to dish tv's customer care by putting a lot of phone calls, but dish tv's customer care officers neither speak properly nor do the solution.

Please help me and please be pleased to return it to dish tv which has taken me wrong money in the name of the recharge.
