[Resolved] DishTV — recharge in wrong account | |||||
Dear sir/ma’am, I would you like to inform you that i recharged my dish tv connection (Vc no – [protected]) on 07:16 pm 23-sept-2018 by rs199 but by mistake it’s recharged into wrong account that is (Vc no – [protected]). I called to the customer care & talk about more than 1 hour but dish tv customer care executive (Ritik) did not provide any solution for same & always asking to send the mail on cc mail id with the txn no. But tell me why should i mailed when i provided all information on the phone call as per company policy. He told that payment received on the wrong account that is (Vc no – [protected]). I told that i have txn id –[protected] so he told that this is wrong so i told them if i am wrong so please transfer my call to the senior so he directly denied for the same & told that there would be alphabetical digit in the txn id tell that. I again & again requested that there is no alpha digits but he denied to accept I again & again told that person that i already contacted to the retailer & there is no alphabetical digit so he denied accept & also denied to transfer the call to the senior. He told to arrange the call back within 15 minutes with the commitment i was waiting till the 2:00 am but no calls from the dish tv. I am very fed up from this service from the dish tv as they provide world’s worst service. I think dish tv should close the customer care because very discusting service from the dish tv. I am filing the case against dish tv as they did not provide the proper solution & wasted my time due to that i am very frustrate & i have so much loss due to the same as i was unable to meetings due to i was talking on the call with the dish tv around 2 hours. Who is the responsible for my loss around 24000 /-. I want proper solution for the same with my loss because dish tv executive did not provide the proper solution & wasted my lots of time due to that i am having this loss.
