[Resolved] DishTV — Recharge is done still DishTV is switched off | |
I had done recharge of rs 177 on 20-OCT-2020 at 7:30 p.m. but still account is switched off. I am complaining on customer care since 20 Oct but they always says it takes 24 hrs to update. I called everyday since but I get the same response. I had raised complaint for this still no response. I had write them mail with message I had received and bank account statement but still not get any response. Request you to please look into this matter as they are not doing or trying anything to resolve issue.
