[Resolved] DishTV — recharge related | |
I got my dishtv vc no - [protected] by rs 511 on 1st february, 2019 as it was the switch off date. The payment has been successful but i didn't receive any notification regarding the confirmation of the payment and my connection has been turned off. I have called the customer care a lot of times but all they ask me is to wait for some time because 'systems are being updated'. How can the system take more than 22 hours to update?!! I tweeted, emailed and tried complaining through their app but i have got no response from the company. Also attaching the image confirming the payment. Was this information helpful? | |
