[Resolved] DishTV — recharge status pending | |||
Dear Team, On dated[protected], i recharge my dish tv account number [protected] from dish tv app through net banking. Amount has been deducted from my account but not showing on my account. I have only transaction details that is from my bank pnb. There is no option to check transaction or order detail from dish tv app. The recharge time is 06:18 p.m. dated[protected] amount 314. I can't received any kind of requests no and receipt no or i.d and token no.
This transaction done through your website www.dishtv.in
I order on 16/04/21 new setup box h.d without antenna through your web site and i pay full amount through online but still i can't get service from your side.
When i call to customer care no they say i doesn't have any record. They never response properly.
In attachment i attached proof of document.
