I was holder of set top box with above I.V.
Later on, I changed to HD set top box having I.V. No.[protected].
Through oversight I had re-charged my account by Rs. 1800/- @ Rs.599/- per month for Super HD Royale Package by quoting I.V. No.[protected] and even as of todate this I.V. is active. On contacting customer care, balance amount as of date is Rs. 2423.34 and the due date for recharge is 7.12.2014 and the registered mobile for this is [protected].
Since now I have shifted to HD and the I.V. No. is[protected], you are requested to transfer the amount of Rs. 2423.34 which in the old set top box and terminate the account with I.V. No.[protected]. The mobile number to be registered in the new HD set top box having I.V. No.[protected] is [protected].
