DishTV — recharged by rs.150

Dear sir,
I like to inform that i have recharged my airtell dish by rs.150 on dated 17.01.2019 but this amount of rs.150 is not being credit to my account by airtell dish till yet.& all the detail is mentiined below

And the refrence & transaction id is mentioned below

Dealer by which rechareged my account not try listen my complaint causes he said that he had transferd such amount to airtell dish & airtell said that this amount has been returned to dealer account.. While i did not see this particular amount to my account of airtell dish..
Hence i want to know that where is this amount.. Which should be credited to my account of airtell dish..
Therefore i like to request kindly sourtout my problem. Which is created by airtell dish.
