[Resolved] DishTV — Recharged more thatn 3 days and still not able to watch anything | |||||
I had recharged my dish tv on 1 june at 8 and then not able to watch anything then i checked with customer care representative and found that it will take 48 hours to reflect the payment which sound weird to me, after waiting 48 hours i again reached out to representative name satyam responded and they had no clue that customer is wating from last 2 days to reflect the money and watch tv which is already been deducted from account. Again they asked stupid question and redirected to check with bank how they process if its not reflected in system is this is something customer can deal why payment is not reflected in there system? After a numerous call issue still not responded and no one is looking into the matter, i want serioys action on this and need to return back the box now Was this information helpful? | |||||
