Dishtv — refund not given

I have applied for a new dishtv connection on 31.03.2019 via dishtv website. The booking installation reference number is [protected] with token no: 651959. The request was closed within 2 minutes by service team for which i have a message which says i requested for closure (First lapse). Dishtv people told it will be refunded automatically, not refunded (2nd lapse). They asked me to write a mail to [email protected] for a refund, done not refunded (3rd lapse). Called up umpteen number of times and dishtv people are disconnecting the call (4th lapse).
[Apr 13, 2019] DishTV customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
