DishTV — refund of rs 200 did march 25 2020

I made a transaction of rs 200/- for my dish tv Vc no [protected] on March 25 2020 at 1325 hours however transaction Failed due to slow connection but the money was deducted from my account.
Thus it is requested kindly to refund the transaction amount rs 200/- done on March 25 rs 200/- at 1325 hours approx on dish tv website.
