[Resolved] DishTV — regarding topper active service removal | |||
Hello Team, Below points regarding my DishTv account need immediate attention for resolution: 1. TOPPER active service is activated on my account without my knowledge. I already tried to remove but it is in locking period even i recharge my account then also it shows as in locking period, please remove it asap.Before recharge i already escalated here but no actions taken so far. 2. While recharge i have selected my pack but Star Gold is not working kindly do the needful. I hope DishTv team will address/resolve my above 2 points without any further delay.
