Dishtv — reinstallation not being done even after multiple requests

I had requested for reinstallation of my dish tv kit 10 days back, but till now nothing has been done even after making multiple requests over phone and mails. I have to pay the extra amount even though i did not avail any service for 2 weeks because of their negligence. I get call from local dish tv service people but they never come and i am asked to pay 3 days extra as my subscription expired because of them.
[Feb 10, 2019] DishTV customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
