[Resolved]  DishTV — removal of sony ten channels

I have a subscription of world sports pack valid till 08.03.18. The company stopped telecasting sony ten channels suddenly from last few days which is unethical. I paid for the subscription 6 months in advance. It does not make any sense to change the pack whenever you want to. Plz continue the subscription as original pack and i would also request for the refund in the form of credit for the time since when it was stopped telecasting on my vc.

Received a call from Dishtv customer care to understand the issue properly. Afterwards a regular follow up was conducted on email along with a chain of email conversation. Since I recharged my account as long term (6 months) in advance, the company created MAP/kity bank with points so as to resume the telecast of Sony Ten channels as a part of Base pack till the switch off date. Fully satisfied with the resolution of the issue. Thanks Dishtv & Consumer Complaints Forum!

Hi
I am already in touch with Dishtv Ccare. The subscription has been restored using my kity points which does not make any sense. There is a message on television suggesting all the customers to ask the operator to add back Sony Ten channels. I really don't understand why there has been such unethical behaviour by the company. Kindly check and resolve the issue asap.
