[Resolved] DishTV — removing sony ten channels from "all sports" pack dish tv package | |||
Dear dishtv, I am currently using all sports pack on my dth with hd services on my vc number [protected]. I was able to watch sony ten services till last few weeks but it has been disabled and the pop asks to pay extra. My question is why? Especially when i have already paid the amount in advance. You are saying your cost has increased, but that incremental cost should feature in my next recharge and not in current pack. This way of business will definitely affect the customer loyalty and trai should make some rules to regulate such practices. Was this information helpful? | |||
