[Resolved] DishTV — repeatedly changing my switch off date & not providing service I have paid for | |||
Dear Sir, I am a old user of Dish TV and my VC. no. is "[protected]". I have noticed that my Dish TV switch off date is suddenly changed. Last month I saw it was 3rd July when I replace my set top box due to having technical problems and suddenly I am notified that my switch off date is 28th June then I recharge for one month by the amount as per my customized package. Lat night at around 3 A.M. I got a SMS saying that my request has been processed and the revised switch off date is 19 th July while I didn't request for anything regarding this; in fatc my TV was switched off and I was sleeping and also I have paid for 30 days and the switch off date should be on 2nd August or 27th July. Now a days it is almost impossible to contact dish tv customer service. I tried to oepn their website, but not opening it. In fact tried using different browsers. I tried toll free customer care number but no button is working to carry on. I tried sending SMS (CALL ME) but is not delivering at all. Lat of all I have tried calling paid phone number but after waiting for more than 12 minutes and 2nd time for 6 minutes I have to disconnect because already I have spent almost INR 30. This is not for the first time. I have faced different kind of issues with Dish TV so many times since I am using their service since last 15 years. Please help. Why should I pay them more and they just change my switch off date! I pay for 30 days but getting service for 20 to 21 days! Please help me to get justice and get rid of this kind of frauds. Worst service ever face in life.
I had booked before 4 days but still don't get connection.
And also i called 4-5 times everyday in a customer care.also they asking same details every time Name number adddress, etlc. And last not get satisfying answer by them

Now it is removed but I am not satisfied at all with yours this kind of policies.
And what about the harassment which I had to face throughout the day??
Would you compensate for this? Do whatever you want and then say sorry! That's never be enough!
