DishTV — Requested Pack not Activated

I am writing to bring to your attention an issue with my DTH service. My VC No. is [protected], and my mobile number is [protected]. My previous package, Bharat Manoranjan, expired on[protected]. I recharged my DTH service with Rs. 120 and requested the company to change my package to the Budget Package. I provided Token Numbers [protected], [protected], and [protected], both through written requests and telephonic conversations.

On[protected], I was informed by the company that the change had been activated, and I was provided with a reference number,[protected]. However, despite numerous requests and assurances, the Budget Package has not been activated on my account.

I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter promptly. Please activate my Budget Package as requested at your earliest convenience.
