[Resolved] DishTV — service denied even in warranty period | |||
Sir, i am a resident of north india, but presently i am posted in bangalore. I had applied for dish tv in nov or dec 2018, and they gave me a connection and took about 2300 rs. From me, but after the information of new rules of trai, which started from feb 19, i gave an advance request of new pack but it was not activated. Now i want to change the pack for which i was told that alignment has to be changed. But it is since 18 feb, when my complaint no.[protected] was registered, but it has not been resolved yet even after many calls and reminders giving the reason that your area is eligible only for cable connection. The company has south channels/pack, but i want to view north channels. Very costly package is provided to me which is of no use to me. My complaint is that why the connection was given and money was taken. Now they say that you arrange for a local technician. Lot of my time has been wasted due to it for requesting them to do the needful again and again. I want that dish should be disconnected and money taken from me along with compensation.
