[Resolved] DishTV — service issue dishtv | |||
These people are making fool of customers. I have done a full year recharge but all of sudden for last 15 days after 7:30 pm channel not display properly. I have been calling their customer care from last 24 hours, everytime they just tell me to follow same technical steps again and again. The people sitting in customer care have no knowledge, they are just robots speaking the language which has been given to them in written. They even dont know what is the problem. For last 2 visit technician collect me 1000 rs in 15 days and problem not yet solve again i lodge a request to customercare he said will arrange a technician & without visit technician call me reinstall your antena & the total cost 530 rs again. I am very fed up from dish tv right now. I dont know what should i do now, as these dish tv people have my money, i already recharged my setup box and they are not giving me services as per their policy. Please take some strict action against these people so that they will not able to fool other citizens. I have already made a complaint to them yesterday but there is no resolution still.
