[Resolved] DishTV — service person is not good | |||
My dishtv signal is not working from last 3 days and message is flashing as "signal not found due to bad weather". I have contacted dishtv customer service and a person came to resolve the issue. But he did nothing, just went upstairs checked the signal, came down, checked something in the box and said your box is not working change the box, launch another complaint for it and took money. After he went my tv started and sometimes later same message started flashing on my tv. Its not a problem with my box otherwise it could not have started at all. I request you please keep skilled technicians. As every time they visit they charge for it and do nothing. Was this information helpful? | |||
