[Resolved] DishTV — service related billing/ invoice
I am a dishtv customer (Kerala).
1. I notice, dish tv does not provide any bill/ invoice for the service charges. Is it true for other customers too? If yes, any specific reason for it?
2. The response time to resolve any service related complaint takes more than 48 hours. Last experience was horrible, it took 21 days to resolve.
3. The technician and service manager does not maintain and refer the warranty related info about the customer. They just like that demand the cost of any hardware, with out knowing the warranty conditions. I was a victim.
4. Service team avoid to provide any kind of tax bill.
I request feedback about other states/dish tv as well.
