[Resolved] DishTV — Service & schemes | |||
I am a dish tv customer my name is v killi valavan, vc no. [protected]. I am not satisfied in the service of dish tv due to following reasons:- 1) no toll free nos available. Charges apply is very bad scheme (Example - i told with customer care on 07aug' 2016 at 11 pm call duration appx-20 minutes and call charges was rs.14.) 2) no response immediately /acceptable answer from customer care staffs. 3) i have upgraded my set up box as hd and also i requested for "south indian pack (Tamil) but, monthly subscription is very high which is against of customer requirement.
