[Resolved]  DishTV — Set top box

I have some problem with dish tv settop box. The settop box is not responding or late responding to remote. I am using from last 2 years. I have given request to dishtv customer care fro 19 june 2016 and they have given msg that within 24 hour the problem will be resolved but still now noone is responding from dishtv side. Yesterday i got call and they told yesterday only it will be rectified but noone came. So i want my money back and they can take there settop and dishtv back.

my registered mobile no is [protected] .you can check the vc no by refering this mobile no.
and i got a call from customer care yesterday and they told that they will send one technician but i am still waiting.
