[Resolved] DishTV — set top box restarts automatically | |||
Hi, I have been facing an issue with frequent restart of my hd set-top box. This happens more than 15 times most days. This has been happening since 6 months. I took Dish TV connection in March 2018. I had reached out to your customer care few months back but they said that it's a problem with my TV. Today i bought a new TV and the issue is happening on my new TV as well. Since i didn't face any issue during the first 16 months, i think it might be an issue caused by a software update. Anyhow please resolve it at the earliest. Was this information helpful? | |||
