[Resolved] DishTV — setup box | |||||
Suddenly my dish tv stopped picture, red light was coming but dontknow why it stopped display. I raised a complaint to team for vc no: [protected] They informed me that it should be replaced as it is 2 years old and charged me 613 rs for that. Here the thing is they've replaced the box but the adaptor, remote are old same pieces left over also they didn't mentioned me about the warrenty and spares provided which disobey the indian consumer law 'right for information'. I have called the customer care to readdress this issue and by lying that the voice was not clear, the customer care lady disconnected the call which disobeys consumer law of "right of readdressal '. Even though the power adaptor and remote are also old they didn't replace them. Whenever we purchase or replace any goods the charge adaptor which contains the exact power input set to the respected electronic device will be provied for free. But in this case this also didnt happened. I want to deeply deny this things from the dish tv and also i want the respected spares like power adaptor and also remote to be replaced for the same.
