[Resolved] DishTV — Shifting of Dish Tv connection | |||
I have DIsh TV connections since 5 years. I shifted my house and filed a complaint at your customer care on 06/12/2013. Again i reminded and filed second complaint on 09/12/2013.I have a balance amount of Rs.1600/- in my DIsh TV account.Your team neither responded nor shifted my connection till date. Today 11/12/213 again I contacted for shifting of my connection.The worst response and worst service from your end. I want to quit my connection, Please refund my balance amount which is there in my dish TV account.In just one call Private cable operator is is ready to provide cable connection. Very poor response and poor service from your end.Your customer care and executives are not taking any prompt actions on complaint.My registered mobile no-[protected].You can check my voice recorded complaint at your end.I want to quit your service. Please refund my balance amount which is there in my dish TV account.
