[Resolved] DishTV — Showing All Channels not subscribed

My VC card no. is [protected] and last i have recharged it on 25th December for Rs.1000/- for three months. All channels running only for 4 days and from yesterday it showing Unsubscribed. My Vc number is [protected] and all channels are showing as not subscribed! Next recharge date is Feb 24th.
Last recharge was done on 25 11 2017 for the amount of 1237 /- Rupees.
Kindly resolve at the earliest.

Recharged on[protected] of total amount rs 475..
But can't watch channels like cartoon network, pogo, sports channels, eng movies and many other channels which actually is applicable according to the recharge amount of 475 rupees..
It shows, 'not subscribe'.
Please help me out with this..
