Had done online recharge for my DishTV account VC No. 0251412 (same is reflecting in the account details and checked with customer care also), but what I'm getting on screen is error 102 Low Balance. Called up customer care regarding the issue, and after 2-3 refresh/reboot still issue is persisting. Have been told by CC that issue is of set top box and will need to be replaced and technician will visit, for which I'll have to pay 200+250 towards service and new box charges.
Since it is problem from DishTV end that their box is faulty and needs replacing, they should not impose charges on the customer.
And even if I don't agree to these charges, and requested for refund of the recharge amount, the CC simply say they cannot reverse.
Need a proper and correct solution to this problem, as I see many other DishTV subscribers raising the same issue. Was this information helpful? |
