[Resolved]  DishTV — Signal not found

Dear Concerned,

My Name is Aditya Acharya & I am a subscriber of Dish TV since 21 Feb 2013. I don't even remember now, how many times I have complained regarding a same issue & for the same every single time I had to pay for the respective paid Services by Dist TV. Once again as its been a regular issue with me now that since the time Dish TV has been installed at my house every now & then I get the same problem with the Signals & that's just due to the way the Dish for my Master is installed in such a way that the Signals are never constant. I have couple of TV's at my place & so I thought it would be better if I take Dish as a Master-Baby connection & hence did so & now what I see is that the other TV's run's absolutely fine but the problem always arises with my TV. Every time I paid Rs. 170 odd for any rectification required & yet I don't understand why does Dish TV charges the same amount from the customer even when its not the fault of the customer at all. I am just informing you & I am forwarding the same mail to consumer forum not for any monetary benefit rather I just want this issue to be raised in Media & all the actors whoever are your Brand Ambassador shall understand what they are recommending.

Since last 1 month once again I am not able to view any channel as every time the TV is switched on it show Error No. 301 Signal Not Found that "IN CASE OF HEAVY RAIN PLEASE WAIT TILL IT STOPS" Yet I am afraid I did not call the respected Customer Care of Dish TV as whenever there is a error like this happens I need to intimate them (Customer Care) & they send there Technician who comes, rectifies the problem for at least next 4-5 days & charges Rs. 170 odd & goes away & the same problem persists or any other same kind of problem arises & the same process is continued. Now I just need some help on this that how much total a customer like me "NOT ALL" needs to pay monthly if that could be clarified by DISH. I would request a revert with some resolution please...

I have already send e-mail to you regarding my dish tv (VC NO - [protected]), My total signal was not found for previous 3 days, I am also complain to my nearest dish tv dealer/retailer from where I am purchase the set, but they are not responding, My registered mob. no [protected], Please take necessary action about this matter,

I am varun suresh chand vc no [protected] reg mo no [protected] got massage on SIGNAL NOT FOUND FROM LAST TEN DAY, I SENT SMS SO MANY AND EVEN CALL TO DISH TV IN THIS REGARD BUT NOT GET SATISFACTORY ANSEWER

Dear Sir, I(k.SivaRam)have given complaint on 20/10/2014 about my dishtv due to signal not found, right now still
not responding any body from visakhapatnam call center, my vc no [protected] kindly attend my complaint.
signal not found is coming since 2 days in my dish tv.so please check and active .

Dear Sir,
I had purchase 2 dishtv conection (VC no:[protected]) on dtd 26April2015 after 48 days i.e on 13 june my TV stop getting signal i lodged complain & request no:18326542 technicican visted my site & told me that you have to pay Rs.300/- + tax for each antena to reinstall of Dishtv
& there is no physical damage, only not proper installtion of dishtv antena
I request to you that please order dishtv to reinstall the Dish Antena only free of cost(because i am under in waranty period & there is no hardware damage) & from day 13june2015 i am not enjoying my Television they have to extend my validity date of my VC no: [protected]
