DishTV — SONY chaanels not being receceived

My VIC # is [protected] . Registered mobile# [protected]. I had just recharged on the 17th of October for Rs. 3000/-. I was getting all the channels . But since two days I am not getting the Sony Channels. Please help and update all the sony channels. thanks and regards DCRUZ
