DishTV — Stealing days of service

I recharge 31st of May 2021for Pack of Rs287.That time it was showing 30th June 2021 as switch off date. Now today 26th June i checked, now it is showing 29th June 2021 as switch off date. So that means 29th June 2021 at 00:00 it will switch off meaning total of 29 days instead of 30 days.That means they are stealing 1 day. I tried talking to 3 customer care Agents but they are cutting call as soon as i am telling about they issue like i talked to people named Munmun, rohit and 2 more.And this is not the first time they have been doing this creating different type of issue and once you call them they just flag they the from which you call and next time you will not be able to call customer care number for sometime.This company is such a fraud.Stealing from customer.I would want to get the issue corrected and apology from Managers and what action they are taking for these Agents the names which I have given.I have exact time of calling.

I want this resolved ASAP or i would start writing everywhere on social media's and Consumerforum about you blood sucking people calling everyday and disturbing people and activating different kinds of packages without consumer consent.

Its still showing 29th June as switch off date instead of 30th June.I want to know how you are hoping and sending the email that problem is resolved.I mean what on earth did you saw when its not showing still on my application and tv
