DishTV — subscribed channel disturbance .

VC No [protected]. STAR JALSA SD is subscribed channel.For last 3 months it is showing 301 error from 4pm. to late night. My aged mother loves to view this bengali channel. Everytime I contacted the centre they do not resolve the problem.All the other channels are running smoothly at the same time.Is this the return of annual subscription?
